Account details such as name, email address, and authentication provider data (Google or email/password).
Workspace data including saved prompts, tool inputs, usage statistics, and generated assets.
Billing details (processed securely via third-party providers) when you purchase credits or subscriptions.
Technical analytics such as device type, browser, referring URLs, and interaction events captured through Google Analytics and similar tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve VidAura AI’s features, including AI generation, personalization, and usage tracking.
To communicate updates, respond to requests, and offer customer support.
To enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, and ensure platform security.
To analyze aggregated usage trends that guide product decisions. We never sell personal data.

3. Data Sharing & Storage

We use trusted infrastructure partners such as Vercel, Firebase, and OpenAI. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
OpenAI receives the prompts you submit for generation. We disable training on your data whenever possible.
Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant processors; VidAura AI never stores full card details.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VidAura AI and our users.

4. Your Rights & Choices

Access, update, or delete your profile information directly within the app.
Request deletion of stored tool history by emailing privacy@vidauraai.com.
Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any campaign.
Disable cookies or analytics trackers through your browser settings (note: some features may be limited).

5. International Data Transfers

Our services are based in the United States but may process data globally. We follow industry-standard safeguards including SCCs and DPA terms with all vendors.

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will notify you of material updates via email or in-app notifications.
