1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidAura AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use VidAura AI.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

You are responsible for all activity undertaken through your account, including content generated or shared.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload, generate, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of third parties.

You may not reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform, nor access it via automated scripts without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

VidAura AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, branding, and documentation.

Generated outputs belong to you, subject to compliance with these terms and any third-party model provider policies.

6. Credits, Billing & Refunds

Purchases of credits or subscriptions are billed via third-party processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise noted.

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case; contact billing@vidauraai.com within 14 days for assistance.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

We may suspend access if we suspect misuse, policy violations, or technical harm.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VidAura AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidAura AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, unless both parties agree to an alternative venue.
